Morgan Warners

Junior Associate for Health Policy

Morgan joined the Health Policy Team at Burness as a Junior Associate in 2011 and provides communications support through media outreach and list development, research, writing, content management, event support, and digital and social media. He works on behalf of clients including the journal Health Affairs, the Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation, the National Children’s Study, and others.

Before joining Burness, Morgan worked on different aspects of several grassroots campaigns. Most recently, he worked on the national field team at Repower America, a nation-wide issue campaign to address the climate crisis.

Morgan earned his A.B. in Political Science from Vassar College and an M.A. in American Studies from Utrecht University, The Netherlands, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. A native New Englander, he was born and raised near Boston, Massachusetts.
