Jean Pierre joined Burness Communications as an accountant in January 2008. Before coming to Burness, he worked as a bookkeeper for Robin Technologies, Inc., in Rockville, Maryland, as a senior accountant at Nelson and Partners, in Douala, Cameroon, as a senior accountant at SOCAR, one of the most prestigious insurance companies in Cameroon, and as an accountant in the finance department at Standard Chartered Bank, Ltd of Cameroon.

Jean Pierre earned his B.A. in accounting from the University of Maryland College Park, and is now working towards his CPA.

Jean Pierre was born in Cameroon, West Africa, where he grew up, went to school, and got his first 4 year university degree in accounting from the University of Douala. He lives in Germantown, Maryland with his wife and three children, Cynthia, Jordan, and Bryan.
